This is better than saving the file to disk from within FlowJo because it eliminates the whitespace above and to the left of the layout objects.Ĥ. I then switch to Apple Preview and open a new document - when I do this, the objects are automatically pasted into the new doc. I select all of the objects on a page that I want in a figure and I copy it to the clipboard. The problem with this is that it's quite finicky, and there's no real undo.ģ. As far as I know, this is the only place in FlowJo that allows me to align by position of axes.
I use the Align Objects command to align graphs by position of axes (and Align to Grid). In the Layout editor, I strip away all text except for stats, and I strip away all unnecessary tick marks.Ģ. The Layout Editor needs sensible "snap-to" alignment. I think I can probably distill this to two important issues:ġ. But I just don't work that way in FlowJo anymore, and I think the main reason that SVG/Intaglia is needed (by some) is due to remaining holes in the repertoire of the Layout Editor. As a former Canvas user (I wrote a web page about it - ), I can also appreciate the SVG/Intaglia support. I also appreciate the many improvements in the Layout Editor over the years. I appreciate the flexibility of output formats that FlowJo offers.
